PET Isolators Heavily Shielded Isolators

This Heavily Shielded isolator can be used for dispensing PET pharmaceuticals produced in local Hot Cells.

The unit is designed such that all hot dispensing operations can be carried out using the remote manipulator. When used in conjunction with the Amercare Automated Dose Dispenser doses can be prepared in either unit dose syringes or multi dose vials.

A pneumatic mechanism lifts the heavy transport vial or syringe shields into position for loading. The shields are located in a movable trolley which be used to move the shields to and from the dispatch area.

 Key Features:-

• Provide a negative pressure EC GMP Grade A (class 100) air environment in each module.

• Have 50mm interlocking lead shielding on all sides for operator protection. (other thicknesses to customer specification).

• Fitted with remote manipulator to further reduce hand dose.

• Integrated Dose Calbrator with automatic dipper.

• Aseptic connection of product feedlines to the hot cell.

• Use turbulent air flow to ensure that clean air passes through the entire system..

• Have a continuous base with no air grilles to safely contain any spillage

• Have a pneumatic loading system for lifting heavy vial or syringe shields into the isolator for loading.

• Are fully leak testable and are fitted with both audible and visual alarms.
