The A2 Batch
Sterilisation isolator is designed to operate seamlessly with the
Bioquell Clarus Rapid Gassing Port and
Clarus L gas generator. The
engineers at Amercare and Bioquell
have worked hard to provide a range of solutions which fit and operate as a
single system.
The isolator is
physically connected to the Rapid Gassing Port and ergonomically designed to
enable you to transfer large batches of product which have been gassed in
the port into the isolator for dispensing operations.
Critically the
isolator also fully integrates with the control Systems of the Rapid Gassing
Port and the Gas generator to enable fully automatic sequencing and
completion of preset, validated gassing cycles with no operation
intervention at any stage of the process.
Finished product
can be transferred out of the isolator either through a bagging out port, a
Rapid Transfer Port, or a standard Transfer Port.
A wide range of
standard and well proven solutions exist to enable you to tailor the total
system to exactly meet the requirements of your process.
Validation
procedures have also been integrated to ensure that you have the maximum
assurance for the success of your project.
