The manipulation of heavily shielded syringes and vials for high activity 511keV isotopes can be complex, time-consuming and physically challenging. The Amercare Automated Dose Dispenser (ADD) is designed to simplify this by automating the dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals in unit doses or in multi dose vials.

Developed to replicate the manual syringe filling process, the ADD automates filling, dispensing and recapping operations for radiopharmaceutical applications. Whether used for PET dispensing, dose preparation, vial sub-dispensing or isotope handling within nuclear medicine environments, the ADD significantly reduces manual handling, improves dispensing repeatability and minimises operator finger dose exposure.

Suitable for use as a standalone dispensing solution or integrated within isolators, including the Amercare PET Dispensing Isolator, as well as hot cells and cabinets, the ADD provides a flexible platform for modern radiopharmacy and nuclear medicine operations.
