17 Apr COVID-19 Update – 17th April
I can confirm again that Amercare are currently still operating as normal and continue to hold good stocks of Spares & Consumables.
Equally we are still receiving deliveries of consumables. Please note however that the manufacturer of the sleeves / gauntlets are not currently producing Latex products however we do have good stocks of all of these items.
Service & Breakdown visits are being carried out as planned. However due to the lack of accommodation for our engineers there is currently a reduced radius from out Oxfordshire premises, we can operate in as the engineers need to be able to travel to and from site, and carry out any work required in a single day.
We apologise for any issues that this may cause our customers based in more outlying areas, but we will continue to support all customers the best that we can. We will also endeavour, as soon as the restrictions are eased that are causing us issues in regards to accommodation, to catch up with the cancellation visits as quickly as possible.
If you find you need to cancel a previously arranged visit we would ask that you inform us as soon as possible so that we can then book the engineer onto a another job if possible.
As per the previous updates we will keep our customers updated if there are any developments via both this website and emails.
We continue to ask that you also keep us updated as to your hospital’s policy regarding visits by external contractors.
We fully appreciate that this is a very fluid, and fast changing situation but ask that you inform us of any changes of policy within your hospital / trust.
