Amercare is now able to carry out service and breakdown repair visits throughout the UK now that the restrictions on accommodation have been lifted.
We are afraid that at this time we are still unable to offer service or breakdown repair visits to those customers that are outside of the UK. This is being continually reviewed based on the governments advice. We hope that we will soon be in a position to support our overseas customers as we normally do.
We continue to ask that all customers keep us updated as to your hospital’s policy regarding visits by external contractors, and any special measures engineers attending site will need to adhere to. This includes using different parking areas or entrances from those normally used.
