27 Mar COVID-19 Update – 27th March
I can confirm that Amercare are currently still operating as normal and continue to hold good stocks of Spares & Consumables.
We are still receiving deliveries of all Sleeves / Gauntlets and Vacuum Doors as per normal.
Equally at this time all Service & Breakdown visits are being carried out as planned.
Whilst some members of staff are now working from home they do have access to their emails, and any files they may require to assist with customer enquiries.
All home working staff also have set up a phone so that they can receive and make telephone calls as per normal.
As per the previous updates we will keep our customers updated if there are any developments via both this website and emails.
Any changes will initially be posted on this website.
Again, we would ask that you also keep us updated as to your hospital’s policy regarding visits by external contractors.
We fully appreciate that this is a very fluid, and fast changing situation but ask that you inform us of any changes of policy within your hospital / trust.
