03 Apr COVID-19 Update – 3rd April
I can confirm that Amercare are, as per previous updates, currently still operating as normal and continue to hold good stocks of Spares & Consumables.
We are still receiving deliveries of all Sleeves / Gauntlets and Vacuum Doors as per normal.
Equally at this time all Service & Breakdown visits are being carried out as planned. However due to the lack of accommodation for our engineers there is currently a reduced radius from out Oxfordshire premises, we can operate in as the engineer needs to be able to travel to and from site, and carry out the work in a single day.
We apologise for any issues that this may cause our customers but we will continue to support all customers the best that we can.
As per the previous updates we will keep our customers updated if there are any developments via both this website and emails.
We continue to ask that you also keep us updated as to your hospital’s policy regarding visits by external contractors.
We fully appreciate that this is a very fluid, and fast changing situation but ask that you inform us of any changes of policy within your hospital / trust.
