The two Tc Dispensing Radiopharmacy Isolators for Southend University Hospital have now been installed and commissioned and are currently undergoing their Qualification testing by the customer.
Whilst these isolators are heavily based on our previous standard products they were designed for the Elution section of the isolator to be located at the right-hand end rather than the left-hand end. This was to assist the customer with their workflow.
The isolator also featured a drawer for accessing the Tc Generators rather than the standard trolley arrangement. The drawer features a backlit cutout that indicates the status of the drawer seal.
Blue when the seal is made, and Red for when the vacuum has been released.
