After nearly 20 years of owning and managing Amercare Ltd, Graham Wilson has decided to take a step back and in April 2017 a team of management staff completed a management buy out (MBO).
The four members of the MBO team, Michael Bourne, David Fane, Lee Harrington and Roberto Lucatello, have all worked at Amercare Ltd for more than 20 years and have covered all aspects of the Companies activities. This means that they have a wealth of experience and expertise in both the industry and our products.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build on the hard work and success of Graham, and we are committed to both the Company and our clients.
