Supply of Spares & Consumables

Amercare always aim hold a sufficient amount of stock to overcome any short-term issues our suppliers may face.

We currently have stock of all critical consumables to ensure that our equipment can be supported and kept operational, and we have no issues supplying these items in the normal manner.

 

Service & Breakdown Visit

Amercare are currently operating as normal and at this time all planned visits will be going ahead as normal.

We will endeavour, as always, to provide a service to our customers to ensure continuation of the services that they provide to their hospitals / NHS Trusts.

 

We have however put in place the government’s recommended plan in that if any member of staff, or a close family member develop the symptoms of the COVID-19 virus  we will, for the safety of our customers and their patients cancel all visits for a period of at least two weeks as we carry out a period of self-isolation.

 

We will keep our customers updated if there are any developments via both this website and via emails.

We would ask that you also keep us updated as to your hospital’s policy regarding visits by external contractors.

We fully appreciate that this is a very fluid, and fast changing situation but ask that you inform us of any changes of policy within your hospital / trust.
